6.1 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties.

6.2 If the dispute, controversy, or claim cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be referred to mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry Arbitration Centre (LACIAC).

6.3 The language of the arbitration shall be English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria.
